I'm the co-founder and CEO of In Good Company.Having worked at a senior level across the public, private and third sectors for over 10 years, I am a firm believer in the power of doing well by doing good and driven by a desire to make a difference.Alongside building In Good Company, I run workshops and 121 training for other impact founders as well as ad hoc consulting.I write on Substack and Ethical Hour, and have created Anonymous Impact Makers, a private Slack community.

One to one support
Mentoring sessions for impact-driven entrepreneurs to support you with building a purpose-driven business.My fee is £60 per hour or £50 if you book 3 sessions or more. You will also receive a write-up of our discussion and recommendations.I keep my rates for this deliberately lower than for corporate clients. Please get in touch if the fee is still unaffordable - I do offer some pro bono sessions.

Biography
Hello, I'm Alex. I'm a highly regarded, effective and energetic senior leader with significant strategic, customer and commercial product experience, who moved from the corporate sector to become a social entrepreneur.
I spent 9 years in a range of Director-level roles at TalkTalk, including running online product and customer loyalty. I also helped established NHS Test and Trace during Covid-19, with a particular focus on EDI and ensuring we reached the communities furthest from power. With a background in PR, I have excellent communication skills and am an experienced public speaker.
I have been a charity Trustee, sat on the board of the UK Council for Child Internet Safety and helped to set up the not-for-profit, Internet Matters.I spend a lot of time supporting other impact entrepreneurs, especially female founders.as well as volunteering locally and abroad, most recently helping to set up a new community garden where I live in Bermondsey.
